About BAGMA
The Bangladesh Apparel General Managers' Association (BAGMA) was founded on 1st December 2020 with a clear mission to take Bangladesh's garments and textile sector to the next level through professional leadership, skill development and employment generation. BAGMA envisions reducing unemployment and developing a globally competitive industry by building the managerial capacity of professionals—from junior executives to CEOs—through international-standard training modules, industrial documentation and hands-on learning programmes.

BAGMA Institute (BI)
To operationalize this vision, BAGMA established BAGMA Institute (BI), an enterprise-based training and development wing officially affiliated with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) under the Prime Minister's Office. The institute commenced operations in 2022 and was formally inaugurated in March 2023 with senior industry leaders.
