Executive - SOCIAL COMPLIANCE AUDITOR

This is a semi office / semi field position for those who love interaction with people in factories and with customers.

Assist the Head of Compliance to conduct structured, systematic social compliance based on our Code of Conduct
Prepare the Corrective Action Plan reports
Communicate and follow up with the production sites on the Corrective Action Plans.
Collect evidence for the closures of the non-compliances
Maintain updated information on factory's certifications and 3rd party audits including BSCI/ SEDEX/ ISO/ GOTS/ OEKOTEX, etc.,.
Prepares weekly / monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports for the department

Full-time

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline from any reputed University (Textile Background will be given priority).
Training on Compliance Auditing, Labor Law and Rules, Social Compliance Diploma, Environmental Science will be an advantage
Skills required: Computer proficiency, Proficient in English, Good communication skills, Organizational skills,
Skills Required: Computer Proficiency, Effective organizational skills, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), proficiency in English

Age 27 to 32 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Excellent written and fluent verbal communication both in Bangla and English
Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 (Including Amendment and Rules).
Experience in auditing for any of these fields - WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, GOTS/ OCS /RCS, OEKOTEX, ACCORD, ALLIANCE, QMS etc.,.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
